The walk a thon was a blast today! Thanks for all of you that collected pledges to help Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society!
We have a few STEM challenges next week. We could use some help collecting up the following things to use. We will NOT be returning them – please consider them a donation. Thank you!
Small plastic army men
Boxes of sugar cubes
Empty paper rolls, like paper towel rolls or toilet paper rolls
Rolls of masking tape
Straws
Small cardboard scraps (8 ½ x 11 or smaller)
Bottles of white school glue
Thin plastic sheeting or fabric scraps
Upcoming events
May 23 – PTO meeting 8:30 am in Happy Place
May 25 – Family Picnic Day – lunch will be at 11:45. After lunch we walk to Lakeside Park for the afternoon.
May 27 – Talent Show in gym 1:00pm
May 30 – Memorial Day no school
May 31 Last day of school - Awards program at 9:00 am in gym. Awards are mostly for older grades. We will have classroom awards immediately following in our room.
