We will begin working on multiplication strategies for the next few weeks in math.
Next week's home STEM challenge on the back – what can you do with an empty aluminum or tin can? Due Friday, May 13
If you have not yet returned the report card envelope, please do that Monday.

Monday- dress like your teacher
Tuesday – your favorite book character
Wednesday – your teacher's favorite color
Thursday- your teacher's favorite sports team
Friday – Crazy about you day – dress crazy for your teacher
Upcoming events
May 13 – field trip to WHS – Food for America Day – about one hour in the morning
May 16- Weather makeup day – school IN session
May 20 – Relay for Life
May 23 – PTO meeting 8:30 am in Happy Place
May 25 – Family Picnic Day – our normal lunch time is 11:55 – will let you know if that changes for this day. After lunch we walk to Lakeside Park for the afternoon.
May 27 – Talent Show in gym 1:00pm
May 30 – Memorial Day no school
May 31 Last day of school - Awards program at 9:00 am in gym. Awards are mostly for older grades. We will have classroom awards immediately following in our room.
