Time Science

We have been doing a little time science since we have been learning to tell time in math.  We have practiced a strategy to tell how long a minute is.  We have observed color drops in water and how they change over time.  Monday we observed sugar cubes in cold and hot water and watched what happened to them over time.  We decided that the cube in hot water melted (or dissolved) faster than the one in cold water and we think the heat made that happen faster.

We have read several books about time and we have talked about some different kinds of clocks.
